1) Getting Started
My goal is to get a complete understanding of your project so that I can discover the best design solution for it. Get started by filling out a project questionnaire and I’ll get back to you via email within 24 hours. The more info you can include, the better!
2) Project Agreement & Deposit
I’ll send over a detailed project agreement that summarizes the design(s) cost, goals, requirements, and terms. After receiving a signed copy of the project agreement I’ll send over a retainer invoice for 50% of the total project cost.
3) Step Into My Office
Talking with you via Phone or Skype helps me develop a better understanding of your project. This is an optional step that I offer to every client before starting on the rough concepts.
4) Rough Concepts
I keep my clients closely involved in the design process by creating a Project Page on my site that contains images and written information explaining how any why I made the choices I did. At the end of the presentation I include my thoughts on the strongest direction(s) for your project.
5) Feedback

6) Final Illustration
After we have established the project direction, I’ll create refined illustrations to be used as templates for the digital process. Before starting on the digital design, I’ll send the refined illustrations over for your approval.
7) Digital Proof
Once complete, you’ll receive a final .jpg proof of the digital design, a time-lapse video of the process and images showing the transformation from sketch to final.
8) Final Files
After receiving your final payment I’ll send over the final files.
*I back up all final design files in case you need them in the future.
