Fill out my project questionnaire and I’ll respond with follow up questions within 24 hours.
Project Quote
I’ll send over a project quote that includes a price, time estimation, goal summarization and process outline.
Before We Get Started
I collect a retainer payment for 50% of the project cost and a signed copy of the project agreement.
Project Page
Once I’ve received your retainer payment and the signed project agreement, I create a special project page on my website that I use to present my sketches and thoughts throughout the project.
Design Process
This is a general overview of different steps involved in my freelance process.
1. Concept Presentation
I get started by sketching out rough concepts and then present the strongest directions to you on the project page.
2. Revised Illustration
Once we’ve decided how to move forward, I create a revised illustration that improves on the selected concept.
3. Digital Design
Once you’ve approved the revised illustration, I’ll convert it into a digital design. After I’ve finished the digital design, I’ll present a jpg proof and my process summary.
4. Final Files
I’ll send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of the project cost and send over the final files after I’ve received payment.
